This is a fairly long list of 12" records for sale that came from my personal collection. Each listing has its own unique identification number and price. Please Email me with a list of the items you want. I’ll pull them and hold them for ten days (15 if you are overseas). I’ll then send you an email for all that is available and a total price due including shipping. I send albums in a cardboard album mailer. I've been able to sell four of these during the past 15 years and the last one sold for $1666.00! It contains eight "Buddy And Bob" tracks and was one of the prizes of my record collection. The disc is M-, the cover is almost the same with a few small "cracks" in the lamination. Unless I receive a letter of release from you, this will be sent by insured mail. $1200 1209: MCA 6531/2 (Argentina - 2 LP) "American Graffiti" This album from South America has most of the song titles and liner notes in Spanish. Mint $20 1212: Epic 82941 (Spain) "The Buddy Holly Story" (soundtrack with Gary Busey) Text half English/Spanish. Mint $18 1213: MCA COPS 9319 (Sweden) "Happy Days Of Rock 'n' Roll, vol 1" This VARIOUS ARTISTS album includes "Brown Eyed Handsome Man" by Buddy, "Someone Someone" by the Crickets, plus 14 others. Both cover and disc are mint. $15 1248: Serie Rarity 5.046 (Brazil/Portugal) "Buddy Holly Rocks" 16 tracks from 1985, most of the text is in English. Cover/disc mint $30 1249: Brunswick 54038 (Canada) "The Chirping Crickets" This and Decca 8707 are probably the rarest of the regular commercial albums. This album has a few "scuffing" type wear spots but not bad, and a 3" seam split at the bottom, overall VG++. The disc has a maroon Brunswick label and some light surface scratches, again VG++. $225 1250: Coral 57210 (Canada) "Buddy Holly" Has some wear spots on cover and a spot about 1/2"x3" wear it appears a piece of scotch tape was removed. Overall, it is VG-, disc has scratches, VG-. $60 1251: Decca 8707 (Canada) "That'll Be The Day" This and Brunswick 54038 are probably the rarest of the regular commercial albums. This cover has a name neatly printed at the top at the spine, otherwise M-. The disc is about M- with a couple very light scratches. $275 1253: Coral 57326 (Canada) "The Buddy Holly Story, vol II" Cover is M- except it is a cutout and back of cover is slightly torn near the hole. Disc is VG+. $45 1255: Coral 57450 (Canada) "Buddy Holly - Showcase" Cover is a strong M- but is a cutout (neat hole). Disc is VG- with small scratches. $25 1256: Coral CXB-8 (Canada - 2 LP) "The Best Of Buddy Holly" Cover is VG++, faint writing on the back, co. NOTE, most of the early UK album issues - as well as many of the other countries - had covers with a thin lamination. Cover/disc M-, $160 1403: Charly CDX 8 (UK) "Buddy Holly Rocks" (1985 - 2 LPs) All uptempo songs from Buddy and Bob songs through "It Doesn't Matter Anymore". Mint, $50 1404: Coral 9081 (UK) "The Chirping Crickets" (1958) Original issue. Cover neatly taped around edges, otherwise VG++, disc VG++, $260 1408: Coral 9105 (UK) "The Buddy Holly Story" (1959) Original issue. Error! When this album was first issued in the UK, they used the wrong photo on the front cover! Although it was a "Bruno" photo", it wasn't the intended one. The cover was instantly pulled and the correct one printed. This "wrong photo" cover is VG++ with a quarter-sized mark on the back, Disc is VG+ with a couple scratches [it's the cover that counts on this one]. $4001409: Coral 9127 (UK) "The Buddy Holly Story, Vol II" (1960) Original issue. Cover would be almost M- except for some slight discoloration at open edge, Disc VG+ with some scuffs. $65 1412: Coral 9227 (UK) "Holly In The Hills" (1965) Original issue. Error! When first released, some discs played "Reminiscing" instead of "Wishing" as listed on label. Although this album is getting very hard to find, this one with the "wrong" track makes it rarer. Front cover is almost M- with a crease at corner, back cover has "Parks & Sullivan" written in ink in white area. Disc is VG++ with name sticker on one label. $2501413: Coral 9227 (UK) "Holly In The Hills" (1965) Original issue. This is getting very hard to find. Disc plays "Wishing" as listed on cover. Cover is almost mint except for slight lamination marks, Disc M-. A real nice copy, $150 1414: Coral CP8 (UK) "Buddy Holly's Greatest Hits" (1968) Original issue. This has a different cover than the U.S. issue. Cover VG++ with small white blank tag on back, Disc M-, $50 1417: Coral CPS47 (UK) "Buddy Holly's Greatest Hits, Vol II" (1970) Cover M- except for a quarter-sized wear spot at corner, Disc M-, $55 1419: Coral CPS71 (UK) "Remember Buddy Holly" (1971) Cover is same as the "Reminiscing" album. This has 12 tracks, six being the Petty-overdubbed "apartment tapes". Error: The label says "Remembering" instead of "Remember". Cover is VG++, Disc is almost M- except for some scuffs. $1201420: Coral CRLM 1001 (UK) "Buddy Holly's Greatest Hits" This is actually the Coral CP8 album but a company sticker was placed over the back cover number using "1001" as the new reorder number. Cover different from U.S. album. Cover M- with "NY" and "65p" written on back cover. Disc VG with some scratches. $40 1421: Marks & Spencer 114 (UK) "Heartbeat" (1980) This has 12 tracks, mostly from 1957/1958 but also has "Because I Love You". Very scarce because this was issued and then quickly recalled by the London Department store. Cover/Disc are mint (disc still has "seal" on the inner sleeve! $150 1428: MCA 371 (UK) "Giant" (1969) Same titles but different cover than U.S. album. Cover M- with "19." on back, Disc mint. $60 1430: MCA 8034 (UK) "Buddy Holly" (1975) Cover and titles same as U.S. album. Cover/Disc mint. $22 1431: MCA 8035 (UK) "The Chirping Crickets" (1975) Cover and titles same as U.S. album. Cover/Disc mint. $22 1435: MCA Coral 802 (UK) "Legend" (1974 - 2 LPs) 33 tracks on this double set, all with incredible sound quality for vinyl. Fairly rare and very hard to find. Cover has much wear at edges, back is taped in places, still looks pretty good.
